Fair point. And as soon as I posted my comment, it occurred to me that in some states (where GOP lawmakers are pushing for anti-DEI initiatives), some of those administrators really are in a precarious position.

Not the senior administrators, but I think mid-ranking student affairs staff feel very exposed in these kinds of cases.
